More than just more.
We believe real estate is about more than "more sales" and "more earnings." Every client deserves an expert advisor and to be served as if they were our only client. We’re committed to helping agents become trusted advisors who guide home buyers and sellers through the largest transactions they’ll ever make. We believe every real estate agent has the opportunity to raise the bar for buyers and sellers while creating memorable experiences and helping clients reach their real estate goals.
Our team is an energetic, positive, and forward-thinking group of relentless go-getters who believe that we can accomplish more together than we can alone. Our agents and staff members value a relational approach to real estate sales, strive for the highest levels of professionalism, and always take the high road.
Ultimately, we believe the real estate industry provides an unrivaled vehicle for entrepreneurs to serve people in meaningful transactions, build businesses that change family trees, and act as agents of change in the world around us.
Impact is an opportunity for C21SRE agents and staff to pool our resources and directly impact & improve the lives of people and families in our communities.
There are three Impact Board Committees: Des Moines, Pella and Cedar Valley. Each committee consists of the Brokers/Owners, 5 agents, 1 staff member and a treasurer, all peer-nominated positions. Board members serve a one-year term. Our agents nominate people in their communities who who are working hard to serve others - and need support themselves in some way. The committee will vote and decide together, of the recommended recipients, who will receive the Impact fund. The fund is distributed whenever agreed upon by the committees.
100% of donated and matched funds go directly to the chosen recipients.
